Trump – First days

Worst Case Scenario – Trump becomes President

From Trump’s Facebook page

June 2018 – “I have the absolute power to pardon myself.”

December 23, 2020 – While still president, Trump pardons dozens of well-connected convicted felons who were Trump supporters, including Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, and Charles Kushner.

December 5, 2023 – “Under no circumstances, you are promising America tonight, you would never abuse power as a retribution against anybody?” Hannity asked Trump. “Except for day one,” Trump responded. He further said he would be Dictator on day one only.

March 11, 2024 – On “Truth Social”, Trump posts the following: “My first acts as your next President will be to Close the Border, DRILL, BABY, DRILL, and Free the January 6 Hostages being wrongfully imprisoned!”

Jan 6 2025 – The Vice President quietly certifies the election – roll call by the states is dispensed with.

Jan 20 – Trump sworn in by Chief Justice Roberts. Later that day, Trump pardons himself and co-defendants for all Federal charges, including:

  • Convictions for falsifying business records in connection with porn star Stormy Daniels’ hush money,
  • Charges for conspiracy to defraud the United States for his efforts to overturn the 2020 election and the January 6 attack on the Capitol Building,
  • 32 felony counts related to Trump’s taking and lying about the whereabouts of the classified files.

These pardons virtually provide immunity for any crimes committed by anyone at the behest or in support of Trump. (The pardon for himself will be challenged, which may ultimately be presented to the Supreme Court).

Jan 21, 2025 – Trump pardons all of Jan 6 rioters. These pardons virtually authorize domestic terrorism done at the behest or in support of Trump.
